Yesterday was not a good day. I was still coughing like crazy, runny nose, congestion and all over 'bla' feeling. (Today I am a little better.) I was scanning through Facebook looking for anything to keep my brain occupied....

I put this in parenting because some moms are proud to say they "cook from scratch" for their families. What qualifies as "from scratch"?
If you open a package of boneless breast filets, season and bake them; and measure out...

There are a lot of Spanish stores in my neighborhood and I've noticed they sell bags of corn meal at a good price. I used to buy the Jiffy corn bread mixes once in awhile but I finally decided to buy the corn meal and make some...

I have only ever eaten the canned Campbell's Tomato soup, but I was thinking that I would like to make it from scratch sometime. Have you ever made tomato soup from scratch? Did it turn out ok? Care to share a recipe?
