I know it saves all the poor animals from being eating but what other benefits are there to being a vegan or vegetarian and how do you get protein? I have been thinking about becoming a vegetarian for a while now.

do u wash vegetables/fruits before eating them??

i just heard in TV like we have to clean every thing before we eat it, there r so amy bactrias with them if we don't wash them , those very daneours to health, normally do u wash them r not??what u do??
