Anyone else got insomnia this time of the year?

One o the reasons I don't enjoy Summer that much is that I can't fall asleep as fast as in Autumn,Winter etc.I try to relax myself,not to think about it,but I spend HOURS trying to sleep.I am tired,but my mind just keeps going on...
