I know that green tea are good for your body when you drink it. But is it good for your body in cosmetic ingredients ? I mean we saw a lot of spa products with greentea substances in it. Is it really good for your skin ?

hey i have heard drinking green tea and having honey+lime with lukewarm water empty stomach helps in reducing weight is this true and do u have any other recipes to burn fat and reduce fat in gud and healthier way pls share

I use to drink allot of coffee but last few weeks I have been drinking green tea and I am not as sleppy in the afternoon I don't thing the green tea has as much cafine
