how to fade the marks of hyperpigmentation?

before 3 weeks i used a cream on 3 spots on my forhead suggested by a dctr whoch burnt those places overn8. and now im left with bad and ugly hyperpigmented marks. though i've been using a corticosteroid cream for 2 weeks...

why is it dangerous to squeeze pimples?

I know the drama of having acne and the temptation to pop those. I have come to find out, its better not to even bother popping them. When you squeeze the junk out of your pimples you may feel little satisfied and relieved....
