I have seen some sites that have websites inside it. Some say they are using iFrame. is there anyway I can do to make framebreaker site like triond, bukisa, bit.ly, and adf.ly webpage be displayed inside my site?

Can someone help me out with IFRAMES?

I'm using IFRAMES in my webpage, but its not working like I want. Is there a way to click a link inside the IFRAME so that the entire page changes to another webapge, instead of changing to another webpage within the IFRAME?
