I am a man, I am 24 years old. I tall 1.72m and weight 52 kg. I am not ill, and alway happy. I have a good job. But i am very thin, i want to become fat. What can I do now?

In TV shows and movies, people with extra pounds are shown eating bananas so generally people think that eating bananas increases weight. Does eating banana really increase weight? Whats your opinions about this?
