I use to believe that i have this internal clock that goes off every morning... i would wake up at the same time everyday (but i hated waking up early in the morning)... without the use of an alarm clock.. so i was never late for...

Are you one of those people who wake up at a given time without the help of an alarm clock or do you need an alarm clock to wake you at a given time? If you wake by an internal clock, how did you train yourself to do this?
