I've noticed that since wearinh my braces (Invisalign to be exact) it has helped to cut down on my snacking. I have to remove the plastic aligners (that's what they're called) in order to eat anything and to drink anything besides...

What is the difference between clear retainers and invisalign?

They look the same to me. After my Ortho took off my braces he gave me a set of clear retainers which I thought was invisalign. Is invisalign just clear retainers?
