Despite the fact that there is no real evidence that doing this leads to any lasting medical problems, I have decided to quit popping my knuckles.
Has anyone out there successfully quit doing this? If so, any tips?

My daughter will soon be 12 and she has been popping her knuckles for about 6 months and I have tried stopping her,by talking harsh to her to stop and telling her that she might eventually end up with arthritus and other medical...

I do.. It's such a bad habit! Like every joint in my finger I crack! UGH it's like an OCD hahaha. Does anyone else here crack their knuckles? Or does it disgust you when people do it?
