It's 9:29 by my computer clock, and I was up around 7:30, got my bathing suit on, and went and did laps in the pool for about 45 minutes.

I seldom have a cat free moment at this time. I am pretty sure it will change at least a little once I get the cats their shots and surgeries so that they can go outdoors some.

I have not gone walking for awhile, I've been too busy, too lazy, etc. (I have millions of excuses).
Today I walked for 10 minutes (on my break just now), and burned 54 calories, it was only 1/2 mile, but 1289 aerobic steps....
