Anne Rice's Vampire series is the creme de le creme of vampire books as far as I am concerned. I loved the characters. Lastat was my favorite. Even Bran Stokers vampire story pales in comparison. The color is crisp and refined....

i do not think it could have happened but does any one think they could have done better on casting the parts??? honestly there is no akasha with out aaliyah and there is no lestat with out stewart townsend.. any opinions?
