I can't logon to Neobux because according to the site, my computer's clock is incorrect. IT ISN'T! It's just that I am from the Philippines. I need help.

Did you install MSN messenger 8.1 on your operating system(windows vista).Were you able to log on into your msn messenger.We are having problem in logging into our msn messenger.
