Tomorrow Vince goes into hospital to have a lesion on his lung removed. They will test the lesion while he is ‘under’ and, if it is malignant, they will take away more of the lung. The lesion is growing so needs to be removed...

I think it is, but my boyfriend thinks otherwise, because he says that there are peoples that get Lung Cancer with out even ever smoking at all!
