I have seen men crying openly in many of the reality shows. Does it not affect their macho image? Is it ok for men to cry in this manner on TV?

I have a friend who doesn't watch any sports channel, be it basketball, wrestling, football and other sports channel. Often times we bugged him for that...some us calls him gay!!! Is it really a prerequisite for a man to watch...
