Had a few unexpected phone calls today. One from my friend asking for advice. I skipped breakfast. Now it is almost 3:pm.
Decided on an early dinner. Baked some breaded pork chops. Mashed potatoes. And biscuits are almost done....

When making mashed potatoes, do you leave the skin on or do you peel the skin off before cooking the potatoes?

french fries? I find that as an adult I prefer a different kind of potato. I even order mashed potatoes with my cheeseburgers if I can. HAs anyone else outgrown the french fry? I only eat fries ocassionally now and only with salt...
