I have an irregular menstrual cycle, sometimes forward .., sometimes backwards or even 1 month can experience menstruation 2 times. What is spasmodic menstrual cycle that can affect a person would be difficult to get a baby?

Today I was menstruating, and my stomach felt very ill. Usually, during menstruation, my stomach was not as sick as this. Now this is really sick. Do you ever feel? Is there a solution for me?
