Persons vs. Manifestation

I had a question on another forum of what is the difference between saying Persons for the Father, Son and Holy Spirit or saying Manifestations. I believe in the Trinity concept, although the word is not used in the bible....

i want my kids to have faith. we have faith and we teach our children to believe in god. i should start out that both my husband and i were brought up catholic. my issues are these...there arent too many catholic churches around...
