Any effective way to get rid of menstrual painful naturally?

I mean get rid of the painful without risking trying to get conceive? Some says contraceptive can help but I am TTC (trying to conceive) so I need to avoid that. Also what seems to help you get pregnant quick? According to my BBT...

My husband kept insisting I try Midol but I figured some Advil would do the trick. The other night I had really bad cramps so I broke down and brough it. Between that and Therma Care wraps- wow what a differance!
