I find it hard to collect the money that I lent from my colleagues. Usually I would just wait for them to approach me but this money borrowing-lending is becoming a habit. It doesn't even have interest! I should stop being nice...

I would just like to give a major piece of advice here. No matter how broke you are between paydays - do not EVER get a payday loan. The companies charge you an arm and a leg in interest - more than any pawn shop would charge...
