My daughter has recently started learning to read, so I got him a book on phonetics , she is supposed to learn A for apple and A for Alligator and she keeps forgetting the word alligator...I was amused to see her doing the picture...

I am trying really hard to overlook this, but it really bothers me some times. My husband is HORRIBLE at spelling. He just sent me an e-mail that says "HAPPY ANAVERSERY" and the first thing that hits me is how terribly wrong...
