So today was my first physio session.
Yes, I was a bit nervous….not sure how it was going to be, but I needn’t have worried.
The physio ….Paul….was a lovely guy and very easy to talk to. Explained lots of things….why I can’t move...

So I had my latest hospital appointment this morning. We set out in the taxi at 9.30 and got back home at 11.50

So I was at the hospital today …..ongoing saga of the broken arm and swollen hand/arm.
We arrived in good time and sat waiting for 15 minutes when my name was called ….only to be told to go for an x-ray. I was asked if I knew...

So it’s been four weeks since I was last at the hospital, with the ongoing saga of the broken arm and swollen hand/arm.
The physio guy said last time he spoke to me that he had a report that the Doppler scan I had was inconclusive...

So, this morning I was at the hospital ….
Firstly I had to go for an x-ray…..that went well
Secondly I had to go to have the brace taken off my arm so that I could have a scan
Thirdly I went downstairs to a different department...

So tomorrow I am finally going to have my second Doppler scan….hopefully they won’t find anything nasty and can give me some medication to reduce the swelling in my arm. Physio phoned yesterday as they are keen to get me started...

So, the taxi was booked ....we arrived at the hospital ....found the physio dept.
No one on the reception desk so we had to go back downstairs to sign in.
We were called in after only a few minutes ....the waiting room was...
