It's 6:46 in the morning. I have been awake since 5:30 am. Although I woke up four times to pee, I am glad that I was able to get some sleep. Last week, there were days that I didn't sleep a wink. I almost popped a sleeping pill....

About a week ago i asked if anyone had heard about the book/dvd. "The secret" we I've been reading it and have been getting more and more confused about how do you do positive thinking with out including prayer or a higher power....
