When I was offering food to my deceased parents and others I asked the priest how much he was charging for chanting the spells and for getting the ritual performed He informed me that the Government has fixed his rate @ Rs.250/-...

This is a strange event performed only in India. It is my opinion. The word PUSHKAR means 12 years. It is a belief that the Angels prefer to take a bath in selected rivers in India once in 12 years. It goes by rotation....
