The rock beach we visited had an interesting crevice on the shore amongst the rock formation. You could see a few feet into it and then the light was not enough. It was wide enough to possibly squeeze in, but I wonder what lurks...

We visited a beach a few days ago that had interesting patterns in the rocks and the pebbles and stones. There were also some lovely colors on some of the rocks. I wonder how old they are and what makes them that way?!
Any bright...

Ihave to confess that I am a rockhound. I love rocks. I collected them growing up in the Southwest but people find rocks everywhere.

I used to collect clowns, figurines of clowns, etc. I had to give them up due to downsizing a few decades ago. Now I collect mixed media supplies, paints, etc., houseplants, vinyl record albums (most were my mom's), and a small...

I picked this book up from the charity shelf of a nearby supermarket when I was doing my grocery shop, and having just now finished reading the book, I'm glad I didn't pay full price for it.
I don't tend to read true crime...

Because I had gone to the bank first this morning, the direction I came back let me see a brick wall that surrounded an area where shopping carts were kept.
At the base of the wall were five or six large rocks. I had been...

Tomorrow's Sonday, which means church in the morning, and then home to take it easy.
My boss is out of town, so I am hoping that one of the places that I'm a substitute...

Today I need to go to the bank and deposit my pay, and when I come home, I'll pay my rent.

Today's project on the calendar is "rocks", so today--I painted rocks. They all already had a white basecoat on them--I used too much water with the blue one--so I'll have to repaint...

Just a short good morning and Happy Easter to those who celebrate it today.
We are here camping for a week.
The photo is one I took on our hike yesterday. Isn't it remarkable how the tree is growing around the rock?
Have a...
