Which one is a good? Rottweilers or german shepherds?

I have a german shepherd and he's so naughty, bites everything, ruins the whole place and tires you doa=wn when it's bathing time. I also have a rottweiler. very big, and stuffed. Because it's just a stuffed toy. hehehe.

I have had three rottweilers,first is name Lucky, second name is Money, the last one call Happy.. Lucky and Money are from same family, they both are died because cancer.. Lucky died at age eight, Money died at nine years old.....

Should rottweilers be classified under the dangerous dogs act? If the dogs are not classified under the dangerous dogs act then shouldn't owners be vetted or checked for tendancies to make that dog vicious?
