Can hackers damage my adsense ?

I have started a blog with posting suspicious emails on my blog. I do receive many of them at least 4 a day. Now I want to add adsense account to my blog. Can those hackers do something that will affect my adsense account ?

Just now i received 2 mails stating that (1) that i have a confirm able check amounting to $850,000 which her husband kept for me and she now deposited it to fedex courier I need to PAY $285 as SECURITY KEEPING FEE (Bull....!) all...
