Scarification is when you draw out a picture on your self and get the skin cut off to create a scar in that pattern. It is practiced by some tribes and some people get it done nowadays. I have a friend who recently had this done....

I just saw a tv program about body modification. There is this very unusual group of people who are displeased with their body, they modify their body! This lady in Brazil actually didn't like being a human, she had her whole body...
