Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and Depression

I have Mixed and have suffured with bouts of depression. Does anyone else have this problem? Because it has gotten quite bad at times. My doctor says to go to therepy, however, therepy hasn't helped. Any suggestions are GREATLY...
