I can't access TDD today. It seems like the server is down. Am I the only one having this problem?

hi guys i just checked gagabux to click ads and i saw that its server is down....i think its a normal problem to manywebsites...on the other side it also reflects that..the guy who cant afford a quality server how can he pay us?...
