Well, I fell asleep with a book last night, way too early (8:30). So I got up at 4:30 am, an ungodly hour to wake up, I must say. Now I suppose I'll fall asleep early again tonight

I feel absolutely, totally drained, zonked out, completely!
I have woken up feeling that I haven't slept at all, which is not true, in that I went to bed after a good read which always makes me tired, I have had 10 hours sleep...
