My two year old has not traveled but has been sick. This means sleeping and waking hours have been completely SWITCHED! How do I get her turned around? I have two options. I either jumpstart her or let her sleep in One is easier...

can you portray an average, common day in your life, right from getting up in the morn till going to sleep at night ?? one-two liners are not accpetible, be elaborate and honest. thanx
