My early stroll in the garden this morning tempted me to grab my...

There it is. The “S” word. We had our first sn*wfall of the year overnight. The National Weather Service puts the “damage” at 1.2”. It was about 67 degrees F yesterday, so it didn’t cause any problems on the roads. Hooray....

Australia is a dry country with much of it uninhabitable because of the lack of water and the high temperatures. Australians often talk about how much rain has fallen overnight or for the week or whatever. Most farmers have rain...

Do you know?
Flagstaff cam shows a nice winter pic on live now.
I admire at this snow. Now I have no snow around me, although it's winter season in our country. There's no snow...

But for how long?
Snow or something will start around 7 tonight. With winds gusting to 16 miles per hour at times it could get very cold. This storm is going to be here through Saturday afternoon. They are predicting snowfall...

I went on shopping and saw that the snowfall is going on. I felt the small snowflakes on my face. They tickled me. There are already snow drifts. The snow is becoming thicker and thicker and heavier and heavier. The pathways can't...

I took the camera outside a few minutes ago to try to capture the snowflakes. The dots on the picture above are snowflakes. It's the best I can do as cameras just don't take pictures as well as the eye can see.
What you can...

It started raining yesterday around 3pm and hasn't stopped since. Along with the rain, our winds have been 20-30mph with gusts over 50mph. That wind has really been awful and has scared me a little.
I'm not scared of what the...

When it comes to certain measurements inches matter. Fib about inches if you want, but the measuring tape doesn't lie.
If your try to squeeze your size 9 feet into a smaller shoe, size does matter. If you aren't quite tall...
