I couldn't understand why EJ wanted Steve to steal John out of the hospital, then he started talking about taking John's kidney out. They are extremly vague in why EJ wants this done, but the only thing I can imagine is Stefano...

How many children does Stefano have now.It seems everytime you turn around Stefano has another kid popping up.This time its EJ.
