How do you switch off your thoughts? How do you pull your mind back from rushing into the future? We are supposed to live life a day at a time. I think that is how we are meant to keep our sanity.

I do not switch off my computer when I am working in office.
Sometimes I do not switch off the computer even when i leave my office for the day.
I will switch off the monitor, but not the pc.

I prefer putting it on Silent mode. But even then my phone vibrates and I'm obligated to take a peep at the message to make sure that it's nothing important. It disturbs the flow of the movie, but I feel responsible for responding...

I have had this experience a lot many times, but most of the cases it will be a wrong number, and would be calling some X. Also, I have a close friend who would send sms to me even in late night.. if she is does not get sleep.......

It is understandable why people use cellphones. But when we are asked to switch them off, shall we please comply?
