Anemia the person called disease fatigue, weakness can be seen. Food can increase some of anemia. For example , drink more tea. How tea may cause anemia?

Even i don't like drinking tea ... but i admire it for its good health effects, mostly when i read a newspaper article .. where written ... it has lots of minerals too. Could some one confirm this to me .. if is in yours knowledge...

Have you ever heard of or drunk white tea? I have a box of organic white tea which i've been drinking. It's not quite as bitter tasting as green tea, but has more delicate a flavour than black tea. In fact i think it's delicious!...
