help! i blog and i blog but i cannot design my blog. i want to put a ticker on my blog but the ticker factory only gives me an html for that ticker. how do i configure it into my blog? and by the way, what is a widget? thanks!

I need some stock index to put in a ticker. I don't know much about the stock market can anyone give me some stock index that would be good to put in a ticker?. I thought blue chips. I can list about 10 Thanks appreciate it much....
