Ok so for the week or so my right eye has been twitching. It's really starting to bother me cause it will just start and keep it up for a while. I don't know what would cause it cause it's only the one eye. I've done everything...

I get them alot, especially when i am on the scomputer or sleeping/lying in bed. sometimes i twicth to when i'm going to sleep it's kinda embarrassing and kinda funny but i would like to know what it is. If anyone knows any ways...

I know that when you use a computer a lot, you should do things to relax your eyes. Looking away from the monitor for a bit is usually a good start. I wonder, though, if there are other techniques that you use to relax your eyes,...

Ok, I have twitching that starts on my head and then goes all the way down to my mouth. It happens a lot, more so lately and it make my mouth twitch too. It can switch sides also, What do you think it is?
