In India there are different types of flour eaten. In bengal, in winter people mix bajra and jowar with wheat as flour. Flour is called atta in India. The chapatis made out of them are really tasty.

I had chicken curry and chapatis. The chicken curry has potatoes and peas for adding taste. Garlic and onion paste is given to add taste. It is eaten with chapatis. In bengal chapatis are made out of flour of wheat or gehu.
