I would prefer them hot and spicy, with lots of vegetables in it, plus seafoods. Sometimes I also add raw egg on it. It tastes real good when they're mixed up altogether:) How about you?

i used to like shoyu ramen all the way, but now i like miso...how about you guys? got any favorite restaurants? i like Ajisen Ramen...it's a chain thats in hk, la, tokyo, tw, and places in china.
