what is the measurement system for shoes in your country? since i am a size 9 wide and wanted to shop for a pair of shoes there what would the conversion measurement be?

I'm 5'4" so I prefer flats especially if I go around too much so not to sore my foot. If I go for a party or any event I'd wear high heeled shoes to emphasize my body and it gives me confidence.
