Judge Yanks Britney's Visitation Rights email this discussion to a friend?

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Britney Spears can't even visit her children now. The troubled pop star may not see 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James - who are in the custody of Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline - until she complies with a court order, Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled.

The order, dated Wednesday, does not spell out what directives Spears defied. A hearing in the matter was scheduled for Oct. 26.

A message left with Spears' attorney, Anne Kiley, was not immediately returned.

In the past, Gordon has reprimanded Spears for not complying with other court orders, repeatedly saying that she lost primary custody to Federline due to her own choices.

Among other things, Gordon has ordered her to undergo random weekly drug testing, citing evidence that Spears engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."

She could not visit with her children without a parenting coach present. The coach participated in the emergency hearing Wednesday. Both parents were ordered to remain sober around their children.

This young woman needs to grow up and stop being a spoiled brat. Her children need her. She needs to start listening to the judge and do as she is told. Parenti ng is not an off again on again thing.

This article is so vague and ambigious. Seriously. I don't really understand why they took away her visitation rights but clearly it is because she is doing or did something wrong (yet again).

I hope she straightens up and get herself and her life back on track

I read somewhere earlier on the web something about the random drug testings for her. Not that they showed drugs or booze but no testing done at all since she is not cooperating with that part of the court order.

I agree, kids are not an on again off again type of thing. She should have gotten all of her partying done before she had kids.

I feel bad for those boys! The s*hit the system is putting them through to make an example of Britney is absolute insane. Yes she has issues and needs help but now she can't even see them??? That's uncalled for. I could see if she was endangering them; but she should be allowed to have supervised visits. Those kids need their mother.

Let's hope this is a wake-up call for her. She has already lost custody and now visitation has been suspended. If that isnt enough to make her realize it is time to grow and act like an adult and be a good parent then I dont think anything ever will. I'll never understand how alcohol and drugs could be more important to anyone then their own kids. We struggle with this issue daily with my step-daughter. Her mother is an alcoholic and crack head. She has been in 6 rehabs in just the past year. It is sad and very hard on the children.

She is definitely not fit to be around her children. Who knows what may happen if she is allowed around her children with the way she has been behaving. She needs serious rehabilitation and needs to grow up and be a responsible parent. Hopefully she will smell the coffee and grow up and turn her life around and be a better parent and a better person. She went from a wonderful career and life to being Lost in Space and doing all the wrong things.

I think that Brittany wasn't really ready to have kids when she did, and that is why she's making such a horrible mother. She hasn't realized yet that now that they are here, she has a responsibility to them. Hopefully what the court is trying to do will make her 'see the light', even if the court isn't going about it in all the right ways.

Brittany, you really need to straighten out your life so you can become a role model again for kids through your music!

They should focus on actual news instead of Nritney Spears.

She's just a hot rich girl who wants attention.
