If you are careful to watch about how they teach a child to read you will see that it is not reading, but pure memorizing words. I know from experience that memorizing words can hinder a persons ability to read. Reading is being able to sound out a word whether you know what it means or have ever heard or seen it before. My first son until a year, second currently (he's 3.5 months). I find it easier with nursing. I don't have to get up to feed, just roll over and stick a boob in his mouth and go back to sleep. No bottles to prep makes it easier.

I named my second son Zeal (meaning passionate about something) because I like word names and he was very energetic in the womb (as opposed to my first son). Also I like these names for boys: Noble, Strong, Christian (not uncommon), and Honor.

You are so right. I generally wait with what I've got. Enjoy the cheaper games, then upgrade once the hype is over. However, you never know when that will be and you might be able to sell your stuff now while it's still something people can buy for, then use that money to help buy your new system. At some point you have to make a compromise.

One of the things I've noticed is that my family mostly has what they want. So I go for gifts that are more meaningful such as: a recent photo of my family framed, hand prints of the kids, a drawing or painting (if your artistic), take them out for dinner or make something special and have them over. Just think outside the box and don't worry to much if they don't like it.

This is what I use and it works. You need some elbow grease to go along with it at times. However, acetone is more affective. But most people don't have that around.

I agree with the sarcasm and the no excuses. Alien life, however, probably won't be discovered in the form of an intelligent being, but a virus or bacteria from something nearby that we sample. And then there could be an argument that it came from us anyway.
