 My favorite with Buffy was Riley. I felt like Buffy needed someone human....someone normal for a change. I liked their relationship until Spike started meddling and Riley got upset because he wasn't as strong as Buffy and started going to the vampire whorehouses.
Actually, I never felt that Buffy did well in relationships because of herself. Pushing people away like she told Spike.

 I love Michael Weatherly (aka Tony) so having the whole show revolving around him made my night. I had read that Pauley said that Michael would really be showing off his acting skills and she was right.

I believe that Ziva (as Gibbs kind of hinted at) will be more softer. Oh, she will still be the kickass, no nonsense agent that she has always been, but I believe she will show her emotions more often instead of hiding them. I think that she will be more open to.....well, opening up to others. That kind of softer.

Michael is Michael Rivkin, a fellow Mossad officer. He was shown in the first episode of Season 6 when Ziva was working undercover in a nightclub and then again in her father's office when she was talking to Gibbs. I watched it for all the same reasons you did. Characters, humor, plot. Also drama, imagination, the relationships and the hot guys. I have to admit that I would watch Nick on anything that he was on, no matter how bad it was. After all, I sat through the psycho beach party movie he was in.

I have heard it rumored that some of the cast of NCIS will make an appearance on NCIS: Los Angeles. As you may have noticed, Rocky Carroll already did that in the first episode, even though it was by satellite. I have heard that Abby will make an appearance on there but I'm not sure if it is true.
