woah, that does sound very very spooky. i had a dream about some ghosts once, and it did seem very very real. the same thing could have happened to you, but then again, it could have been real. i wouldn't be surprised if your father was watching over you, especially as you were all alone in the house.

yeah it's like that here, we don't celebrate it largely, certainly not as much as in America - they're crazy about every single holiday there! i think, like you say, it is becoming more and more popular as the years go by. there is definitely more to buy than there was last year. happy halloween!!
