Hi, i use paypal for ptc sites and my account got limited last friday cause i need to verify my location by typing in code on phone i did not do correctly and then email said a letter will to my home address with the code inside. Im asking i live in uk and how long will letter take to come?

my account was accessed by a 3rd party who took my cash and paypal limited my account because of some hacker and i had to change my password and security question, and verify my location, one was phone verification they would give an automated call and i had to type the code given to me which i failed to do so they sent a letter to my home address with the code in and i was asking how long will...
