With Monday nights being completely stacked with shows I want to watch (and all of them on at the same time: House/Heroes/How I Met Your Mother/Dancing With The Stars/Monday Night Football... I have been thinking of getting a DVR. The problem is the cable company wants me to get some fancy (expensive) package in order to get it and then charge me $7.99

After whatever it has been....... 25 years or whatever... I am burnt out of the show. I still watch Jeopardy! religiously but have to turn the channel when Wheel comes on. A person between 4.4 and 6.1 is where you want to be for your blood sugar... that should be about 80-100 in US. Not really for sandwiches or the like but I have found that if you are grilling (panini, grilled cheese, etc...) it works very well and of course waste not want not so make sure that if you don't use them to use them for bread crumbs!Thanks[em]happy[/em][u][i][b]Zelo[/b][/i][/u][em]happy[/em]
