I gained weight the past few months. So I have a lot of clothes that are too tight on me already. Some of my clothes are also out of style already. I always go out on weekends. I seldom stay at home on Saturdays and Sundays. Saturdays are usually spent with friends. On the other hand, Sundays are usually spent with family. Usually, I go to malls on weekends. Sometimes, I do some shopping. I also have dinners at nice restaurants on these two days. Weekends are sacred to me. My weekends are always relaxing and fun for me.

Thanks for the information. I used to think only cold water has benefits, like helping burn a few calories. Maybe I will start drinking hot water once or twice a week as you suggested. Maybe that is why Asians live long, especially the chinese and Japanese. I know they love drinking hot tea. Overall, I think water is very very beneficial to all, be it hot or cold or even lukewarm.

Yes, I agree. Our moms are so alike. I think they always want to be the one in control.Plus, they are too pushy.
