Good afternoon on this nice, sunny day in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's currently 62 F. I have my notifications finished and I was going to close out the day with the thankful post when I remembered it IS Friday and I need to give you the health report for the past week. It's been a good day. I did everything I wanted, including working on my book and getting my steps. Much to be thankful for today. Now on to the health report. Last week I weighed in at 199. So, let's see what this past week did. Friday, 3 May - Weight - 199. Exercise: Walking - 62 minutes. Calories burned: 249. Foot cycle - 60 minutes. Calories burned: 904. Total calories burned: 1153. Calories consumed: 1092. Steps: 12,054. Saturday, 4 May - Weight - 198.3. Exercise: Walking - 101 minutes. Calories burned: 405. Foot cycle - 60 minutes. Calories burned: 900. Total calories burned: 1305. Calories consumed: 1401. Steps: 17,492. Sunday, 5 May - Weight - 198.6. Exercise: Walking - 56 minutes. Calories burned: 225. Foot cycle - 60 minutes. Calories burned: 736. Total calories burned: 961. Calories consumed: 1454. Steps: 15,563. Monday, 6 May - Weight - 198.3. Exercise: Walking - 87 minutes. Calories burned: 345. Foot cycle - 30 minutes. Calories burned: 450. Total calories burned: 795. Calories consumed: 1424. Steps: 12,747. Tuesday, 7 May - Weight - 198. Exercise: Walking - 65 minutes. Calories burned: 260. Foot cycle - 60 minutes. Calories burned: 899. Total calories burned: 1159. Calories consumed: 1442. Steps: 13,361. Wednesday, 8 May - Weight - 198.7. Exercise: Walking - 68 minutes. Calories burned: 273. Foot cycle - 30 minutes. Calories burned: 451. Total calories burned: 724. Unknown calories consumed - Mother's Day Potluck. Steps: 11,389. Thursday, 9 May - Weight - 199.6. Exercise: Walking - 20 minutes. Calories burned: 81. Foot cycle - 79 minutes. Calories burned: 1193. Total calories burned: 1274. Calories consumed: 1186. Steps: 10,573. Friday, 10 May - Weight - 199.1. As you can see, my exercise for the past couple of days has been less energetic. Walking was difficult with leg problems. Though I had no trouble with the foot cycle. It was better today. I just got back from walking the trail. I still stopped and rested twice on the way back. So my energy isn't in top form yet. My leg isn't 100% either. At least I'll get an hour on the foot cycle or more. I have my phone app goal of 6000 steps. I still need to get the fitness tracker goal of 10K. I'll do that with the foot cycle. You can also see the ounces are coming down again as the water weight disappears. At least I know I'm not putting any sodium in my food or eating excessive sugar. I am doing the best I can to avoid overeating food and doing more exercises at home to lose weight.

You are doing a tremendous job! And you kept your calories consumed at a healthy level, almost everyday:) I've read that water weight doesn't come off easily. But, all of a sudden, your weight will plumet as you persistently keep those numbers low:)

@just4him Water weight is normal. As the pounds come off, the body naturally fills in that space with water. Then one fine day, that water gets expelled!

Congrats, you are doing well. Weight here is OK, holding steady..but not being as vigilant as I could be. Today was a stressful day..although I didn't overeat, I didn't pay much attention to what I was putting in my mouth. Tomorrow and Sunday probably won't be alot different either. Although, I have no plans to stuff myself.

I am thankful that this part of the home improvement is finished. We will be more comfortable and safe. I am thankful for the changing seasons and that school is winding down. I will cut back on my hours worked next year. My weight seems to be holding steady. I hope to lose some this summer as I am active in different ways. You are trending down and that is good.

I'm glad the home improvement is finished. It's good to know you will be comfortable and safe from now on. I'm glad you can cut back your hours next year. Are you close to retirement? Yes, it is. Yesterday was much better. Not perfect, but at least I could walk the trail.

I need to weigh myself tomorrow. I got on the scale yesterday at the doctor but that was a different scale and I was wearing clothes and shoes to it was higher than normal. The doctor's scale said 190 pounds. I have usually been holding steady at 185.

Sorry about your legs and energy. That's good about the scale though and where you are. I am sure you know how I am doing with what my foods have been. But hoping to be on a different journey soon which won't be focusing on weight loss...though I will be trying to keep my blood sugars better and not gaining a LOT of weight.
