syncing your i-pod

We all know its rather easy to sync the songs in using i-tunes.But does anyone know how to sync the songs from i-po to the computer.If yes please share your knowledge.

Rahul_1216 i found some tricks. one is to use datarecovery softwares easily available on net. other is to open the i-pod through my computer and not the i-tunes.then go to your folder options and allow viewing of hidden files.you will be able to see a folder named...
